The Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is holding its 7th annual ¿Qué Pasa? Festival on Saturday, September 26, 2009 from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. Once again, the Festival will be held at the Science Museum of Virginia, in Richmond.
